The most horrific experience staying here as a newly wed couple! This was our 2nd stay in this location. Our 1st experience was great so we decided to come back again in 2025! For the 2nd time, we rented out an EXECUTIVE SUITE which was a hefty price. Management was terrible and dismissive, we stayed due to the location being convenient. Jan.24th, someone tried to break into our room! Literally banged on our door and tried to break in..in the middle of the night! After police were involved we got NO ACCOMMODATIONS nor any explanations from management. When I demanded an answer and asked about what was caught on security camera, the management again was dismissive and rude. Most days after the incident, the staff avoided us. Housekeeping did not keep up, our bedsheets and pillowcases were often NOT changed and looked dirty. Every night we slept i coughed like crazy because the room felt congested and most likely vents were dirty. This was a horrific experience, not sure what the staff will do to take responsibility. But will NEVER return here again in vacation! I will not recommend this kind of horror for anyone!

Nice hotel, just across the train station. Wonderful view of the London Skyline and over the River Thames. My room wasn't available for an early check in, but I got access to the lounge. Great service.

Typical Hilton hotel, perfectly located for London Bridge, to get to the O2, and the south of the river.

Hosted us for a work conference recently for a few days. The room and service were very good. The location is super central south of the river and there is lots of good food and drink near by. The breakfast is good but the dinner is ok. Overall we enjoyed it and would look at it as an option again.

"While I appreciate this review acknowledges the Hilton London Tower Bridge's other provisions, I'm deeply disappointed by my recent experience. As a loyal customer with countless stays, referrals, and visits to your lounge and restaurant, I expected better treatment.
On January 10th, around 4:30 PM, I settled into the lounge for what I anticipated would be a relaxing evening. I had a pending call and politely declined an initial drinks offer owing to this call. However, despite this, I was interrupted *three more times* during my 30-minute call with increasingly insistent requests to order. The final straw was a "reserved" sign placed on my table, making it abundantly clear I wasn't welcome.
To add insult to injury, a staff member I recognised justified this aggressive approach as hotel policy. This blatant disregard for my comfort and previous loyalty is unacceptable.
The consequence? I've cancelled my membership and taken steps to redirect both my own future stays and those of my clients elsewhere.
Let's illustrate the potential financial impact of this with a simple calculation:
* **Cost:** £7.00 (the price of the drink I was repeatedly pressured to buy)
* **Benefit (avoided loss):** £75,000 (a conservative estimate of my business value over the next 6 months)
This results in a **negative BCR of -10,714.29**. For every £7.00 you *didn't* earn due to this poor service, you've potentially lost £75,000 in future revenue.
Hilton Operations Management, I urge you to consider the long-term costs of customer dissatisfaction, even when stemming from seemingly minor incidents. Factors like Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), the cost of acquiring new customers, and the damaging impact of negative word-of-mouth should be carefully weighed against short-term gains.
I'm happy to provide further details re this incident and recalculate these figures to reflect the true extent of your loss."

Belle at the front desk refused to take my reservation when I arrived at the hotel that night. After a nine-hour flight and being stranded in London due to a missed connection, I was already exhausted. I had to use my phone to book the reservation on the spot, but first, I had to find a charging station to power my phone—all of this in the middle of a freezing night.
I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the London Bridge station, but never again. While the hotel room was decent for a layover, the hassle simply wasn't worth it.

The hotel is a bit old, still with moquette in the rooms ( the American way not European ) rooms are ok but not so modern, heating is not working and rooms are cold. Breakfast was the worst part, we came at 10:00 and a very poor buffet was nearly empty.. there is no service.. only a man who prepares omelette, poor variety of food and staff was busy to talk each other instead of refilling the buffet ( I travel a lot this is one of the poorest breakfast of an Hilton of this category even Hampton a 3 stars Hilton hotels have a better breakfast ) it’s not worth the money.. at this price there are better options.

Ho trascorso una settimana con la famiglia, ottima posizione di fronte alla stazione London Bridge. Camere molto confortevoli dotate anche di macchina per caffè espresso. Personale professionale e estremamente gentile. Lo consiglio vivamente

My husband and I recently spent a little over a week in London visiting our two daughters for one of their graduations. While there we stayed at the Hilton London Tower Bridge. The location of the hotel is ideally located, and within walking distance of many landmarks and with easy access to London’s incredible transportation system.
The hotel is vibrant, beautifully appointed, with clean rooms and too many amenities to list. That said, travelling from the U.S., we have come to expect this of any Hilton property, and we were not disappointed. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and well-stocked.
For this trip we had access to the Executive Lounge, and this experience was what truly stood out and drove me to this review.
On our first visit to the lounge, we met Hati, who approached us with the kind of warm welcome one would expect from family. On this day, we also met Olha, who we saw often on our visits to the lounge. Olha was introduced to us as a trainee, a detail that any traveler would be surprised to hear, as her kind professionalism was that of a seasoned professional.
In the mornings at the Lounge for breakfast, we often saw Maria. Maria remembered our names from the start. My husband and I both noticed this but were also surprised at how she was able to keep up with our tastes. Maria taught me how to use their wonderful Cappuccino machine, and now I want one. Her attentiveness throughout our stay was extraordinary.
Last, but certainly not least was Viktoria. Viktoria was a joy to talk to. Her positive nature and incredible attentiveness in meeting our needs was remarkable. She checked in with us at just the right times to ensure we had everything we needed but never intrusive. We truly felt at home when she was there.
We will definitely be returning to this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it not only for its great facilities, but also for its exceptional people.

Lovely friendly professional service. Excellent location opposite London Bridge station. We stayed in a deluxe room and had a view of The Shard. Beds extremely comfortable, and plenty of hot drink options, apart from Coffee bags - sorry but they are not good. The concierge was particularly useful for leaving our bags
before and after checking in.We paid extra for breakfast, but feel this should be included as it was expensive for the selection offered. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the Hilton London Tower Bridge was a great. The staff was extremely welcoming upon our arrival. The location was perfect with easy access to the Thames amd the holiday market. The executive lounge staff, Maria, Victoria, Hati and Olga, went beyond our expectations to insure we were recognized and taken care of during each visit to the lounge. We are pallning our next trip to London and plan to return to the Hilton London Tower Bridge
